• Current Pay stubs and W-2 income statements for the last 2 years
• Individual federal income tax returns for the last 2 years
• Bank statements for past two months (all pages)
• Investment account statements for past two months (all pages)
• Retirement account statements for past two months (all pages)
• Copy of your sales and purchase agreement
• Home insurance policy and contact information
• Borrower's certification and authorization *
• Credit report authorization and release *
